12+ years ago: Started with no clue about executive assistance or administrative work, but had a natural gift for organization and a passion for supporting behind-the-scenes in bringing visions to life.

2012: Officially began my journey in executive assistance and program management in Atlanta, GA, serving organizations and honing my skills in making businesses, programs, and events run smoothly.

2014: Took a step into the education field, becoming a Special Educator for 6th-8th grade students in GA, driven by a lifelong desire to teach and help others succeed.

2016: Began supporting coaches, influencers, and leaders with social media management and strategy.

Shift to higher education: Realized that teaching curriculum and managing behavior wasn't enough to meet the needs I saw, so I went back to school while growing my family.

Passion for advocacy and change: Focused on helping people improve their lives and well-being, studying human behavior, and identifying gaps within organizations to fill them, with a particular interest in mental health and well-being.

2019: Launched The Empire Effect Agency, transitioning from general virtual assistance to a broader suite of services including Executive Assistance, Operations, Social Media Management, and Customer Service Management

2020-2022: Supported 6 and 7-figure launches with customer service.

2022: Was laid off of my job as a Customer Service Manager and decided to go full-time in my business.
